I finally got round to getting some oil gauges in to monitor oil temperature and oil pressure. Other metering seems to be on standard on the Integra Type R anyways so spent the money on some place that’s required. I’ll be uprating my oil baffled sump at some point as well as getting a race...
Following on receiving my buddyclub 70mm RBC inlet manifold, two days later my toda manifold has arrived, woot! Yes that’s right, I said woot! woot! :D This completes my full toda exhaust setup on the Integra DC5. However, I’m annoyed as for some reason I’ve lost my photos of my buddyclub bored 70mm throttlebody! Grrr.
Well, after sorting out handling on my Integra DC5, the next thing to do is to go for performance mods that will compliment it all. I’m heading to stage 2 now so first is my buddyclub bored out 70mm version of the RBC inlet manifold taken from the Honda Accord.
Now that the suspension has been put in, I thought I’d give the front section some strengthening. At one point, I’d want to do this to the rear suspension towers too and possibly under the car to give it a far more body rigidity. Since I won’t be getting a roll cage at any stage...
